A Day In The Life

Well, my day starts off just like any other student out there BUT, I'm a prefect. That means I gotta put up with a whole bunch of unruly students.

Morning duty starts at about, 7:10am? All us prefects then proceed to our respective classes and do our thing. Students take decades just to get out of class. Especially those in smarter classes. I guess they feel OVERLY proud of themselves?

After we've cleared them out, we've gotta get them in line (The hardest part). Every 5 seconds a student has to move and it's our job to get him/her back in line. Frankly, girls are the hardest because they tend to...SQUEEZE. It might be saving space but it looks really messy from an angle. Then the bell rings and like George Harrison said, "All Things Must Pass". We hold a short fall-in and that's about it.

Then it comes to RECESS DUTY. There's always this group of boys trying to offend us but at the end of the day, me and Bazil handle it. Other than that, it's like reading an empty book(For New-Block Prefects). My post is that boring. Canteen prefects definitely have all the fun. That's the way I see it. They have LOADS of activity over there. Just like before, the bell ends it all and starts something else.

After school, it's just a "normal" life ;D.

P.S. I'm sure you guys think that we're always threatened by bullies that wanna give us wedgies? Don't worry, that's why we wear belts.
